Recording Media XQD

XQD card is a memory card format primarily developed for flash memory cards.

●    Memory cards designed to be used for XDCAM cameras.
●    Data transfer via ExpressCard/34 PCI Express Gen.2, USB3.1 Gen.1(Super Speed USB for G Series ) or USB 3.0 (Super Speed for M series)
●    G-series support write speeds of up to 400MB/s
●    M-series support write speeds of up to 150MB/s
●    Typical use of the XQD media is in the FS7 , Nikon D4 and others
●    Ideal for 4K XAVC Intra 422 recording (4:2:2, 50 Mbit / s in UDF mode only)


●    G series: 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, 256GB
●    M series: 32GB (80MB/s write), 64GB (150MB/s write), 128GB (150MB/s write)

Card readers and adaptors

  Dedicated card reader available - MRW-E90 supporting USB 3.1
●    A caddy adaptor is available to convert the XQD to SxS, making it compatible with SxS based hardware / card readers and the ExpressCard interface.
